To purposefully impact Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Architectural Community, we are now a participating member of the National Organization of Minority Architects (SoCal Chapter.) We were one of 18 firms to commit to the 2020 SoCal NOMA Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Challenge and will continue to work to help foster equal representation in the industry.
