Warren Hedgpeth received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Oregon in 1977.
He also studied fine art/sculpture and biology, where beauty and life were favorite subjects.
He received his California Architect's license in 1983, founding his firm that same year.
His commitment to strengthen community through meaningful design, addressing human needs and heightening client expectations.
Hedgpeth has strived to be thoughtful about the limited resources we now have and seeks to preserve the environment by practicing effective land use.

Anna Crowder holds a Business Administration degree from Canada College.
She has over 20 years of experience in accounting and office management in the medical, retail, property management and real estate professions in Sonoma, Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties.
She was born in Wichita, Kansas to an Icelandic mother and American father.
She met her husband in Redwood City, CA and together they have raised three sons.
She was brought up with high morals and work ethic and brings to our office team building skills, new and innovative ideas and a keen attention to details.

Paul Gilger received his architectural degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1978, where he also studied theatrical set design at the College-Conservatory of Music.
He received his Ohio architectural license in 1981.
Paul joined Hedgpeth Architects in 1991, and has been a Senior Project Designer with the firm for 30 years.
He specializes in residences (both high-end custom homes and work-force housing), theatres and medical facilities.
With Hedgpeth Architects, Paul has designed over 2500 houses, the Sixth Street Playhouse in Santa Rosa, the Cloverdale Performing Arts Center in Cloverdale CA, and 15 projects for Marin Community Clinics, including four major clinic facilities.
He received his Ohio architectural license in 1981.

The focus of her work at Hedgpeth has been in multi-family housing located in priority development areas and in affordable publicly and privately funded projects.

Orchard Commons is a new 46 unit, 100% affordable apartment dwelling project on a 1.91 acre site within the Roseland / Sebastopol Road Specific Plan EIR, comprising a one story, 2,224 square foot Community Building and a two story, 59,102 square foot walk-up apartment building.
The project has many outdoor amenities including a basketball half court, play structure, barbeque and outdoor seating area, and fenced food-growing garden.
