Dane Rose formed Mystical Landscapes at age seventeen, out of interests in art and the environment. His private Waldorf Education in New York and England included classes in Organic and Biodynamic gardening. He is the author of two books: Successfully Landscaping Your Marin Home and Marin Landscape Design. As part of his training Dane became a land-developer for several years and built custom homes with integrated landscapes.
He is a skilled heavy equipment operator and specializes in creating comprehensive designs. Landscape development is a big field that encompasses drainage, lighting, access, storage, outdoor spaces, edibles and year-round interest.
