H&S has been a leader in Bread Making nationally since 1962.
Ci was asked to analyze and design what an H&S new Artisan bread bakery experience would look and feel like.
Ci focused on experience flow and layout of the order counter and kiosks, beverages, cafe spaces, company history, production viewing area and a test kitchen.
This provided a variety of seating and table types to accommodate patrons working on their laptops, dining solo, dining with their families and friends.
