Charles l Silbernagel is the founder and Principal of ClS Architects.
He received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Tulane University in 1984 and his Masters degree during 2004 and started ClS Architects in June of 1990.
For the past 30 years, Charles has acquired a wide and understanding of the industry and has achieved an outstanding history in residential and commercial design.
He has a comprehensive of code regulations and local zoning ordinances for Jefferson, Orleans and St Tammany Parish's as well as extensive experience and knowledge handling agencies such as the Vieux Carre Commission (VCC) and Historic District Landmarks Commission (HDLC).
