While working within a variety of historical styles, our primary objective is to create homes that are both beautiful and practical. Through the use of natural materials and time tested construction methods we strive to create finely crafted homes that will be enjoyed for generations.

To ensure the highest level of client service and to offer a unique personal approach, the firm's principal is directly involved in all aspects of the design process. We work closely with clients to accommodate their needs and work within their budget. The design process is carried through the development of highly detailed construction drawings to clearly communicate to builders and craftsmen to ensure a final product that meets our client's wishes.

Stephen Sooter is a licensed architect with over 36 years of architectural experience. For the past 24 years he has been involved exclusively with the design of traditional custom residences.
