The scope of professional services available that we can provide through our consultants and in-house team are land surveying, civil engineering, landscape architecture, architecture, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering. We offer comprehensive services from programming through construction using the five phases of our delivery method which include Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding and Construction Administration.
Barry holds a Master degree of Architecture from Tuskegee University. He is a Registered Architect with over 30 years experience in designing and bringing fruition a multitude of projects including academic education, community centers, gymnasiums, cultural, historic, institutional, church facilities and multi-family housing projects.
Mr. Robinson is a licensed architect in good standing with the federal and state architectural boards, and holds current licenses in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Mississippi.He is also a member in good standing with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), which supports reciprocal licensing throughout the United States.

After meeting with and verifying the Owner's programming (needs and budget) for the renovations, we will prepare Schematic Design drawings and solutions to be approved by the Owner.
At this time, we will verify the funding source, to assure the proper agencies will receive for review the drawings and specifications, and all requirements are met.
Based on the approved Schematic Design Concept and any adjustments authorized by the Owner in the program, schedule or construction budget, we will prepare, for approval by the Owner, Design Development Documents consisting of drawings and other documents to encompass the scope of improvements to the architectural, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, as well as determining any environmental issues, and such other elements as may be appropriate.

Our firm was chosen to design and produce Construction Documents for a replacement of the Welcome Center at the Alabama/ Mississippi state line on I-10 E by the Alabama Department of Transporation.
The scope was to transform Alabama's image when entering the state through the surrounding grounds (landscaping, parking lots and picnic pavilions) that highlight the local architecture and to create an atomoshphere that make visitors excited to be in Alabama.
The exterior contains a lighthouse element that extends into the interior of the building, letting visitors see up into the structure.
