William Leavy Architecture, consisting of partners William Leavy and Francisco Benavides, is a full-service Architectural and Design firm with a broad array of projects specializing in residential homes, apartments, additions & renovations, corporate & yacht interiors as well as EAP/FSP plans. Established in 2008, the firm has completed projects from Maine and Vermont to the Tri-State area.

Our attention to detail has allowed us to complete successful projects for our clients while our twenty plus years of experience in the Architectural field has provided us with the knowledge and tools to build beautiful projects that our clients cherish.
William has been training in the field of Architecture since he started with mechanical drawing classes in high school. He followed his love of Architecture and enrolled at New York Institute of Technology, School of Architecture and completed his five year Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1994.
