Dennis provided the entire scope of architectural planning, design, and implementation commencing from his input of the initial purchase of raw land to the completion of the project following the strict regulations of the design review board and HOA rules.

A: Each homeowners association has different design review requirements, but for a typical project it takes approximately 5 - 6 months to complete the design, reviews and construction documents.
A: You will receive PDF and hard copies of the construction documents required to build the home.
