2020 was a really hard year for everyone. You may be feeling emotions you didn't even know you had. So much has come up for people in this pandemic experience. I'd like to help you navigate whatever challenges you are having. Maybe you are feeling anxious, stressed, overwhelmed, depressed, hopeless, helpless, or sad. Maybe you are grieving the loss of someone you love.

Or maybe you are a mother overwhelmed with tasks and responsibilities. I'd be honored to help you with whatever arduous journey you are on. After 40+ years of working in child development, parent education and psychology I have created a unique heart-centered approach called Authenticity Architects. I work with individuals, couples, and families using many different tools and techniques that help you excavate your authentic self.

Do you want to find more ease, joy, hope, contentment, compassion, tenacity, vitality, and connection in your everyday life? Authenticity Architects can help you create a life made by heart. Did you know that suicide is the leading cause of death in children ages 10-14 in Colorado.

The late Jeremy Taylor was one of my many teachers in this lifetime.
His area of expertise was working with dreams.
I heard him once say that someone who likes to do many things has "the curse of the multi-talented."
I, for sure, have been cursed!
Did I mention I have a lot of children?
Four grown children ranging in age from 32-40, and three grandchildren ages 4, 8 and 9. My greatest teachers.
I am truly blessed to have been able to birth four amazing humans, and witness the generations continue on.
Dr. Patti Ashley LPC, has integrated 40 years of experience in special education, child development, and psychology into her wholehearted work as a psychotherapist, author, international speaker, and authenticity architect coach.
She brings unique insights into the identification and treatment of shame, trauma, grief and dysfunctional family patterns.
Dr. Ashley owns and operates Authenticity Architects in Boulder, Colorado.
Her inimitable Authenticity Architecture model facilitates long-term changes in the brain and nervous system, helping clients break through unconscious barriers and rediscover a sense of self-love, belonging, and connection.
Well it's not overkill to say: I would not be where I am today without you.
You encouraged me to not settle for a job that I didn't really want, and instead just do what i love!
Freeing myself to just be an activist and trust in the universe was all your influence, and I'm deeply grateful.
Dear Patti: thank you!
You hit upon something so big here, and I believe it is very, very important work for all mothers!
I am at ease with myself and comfortable at my life's journey point and this workshop made me remember and realize this.
Under the section "How I Can Help" you will see the areas of specialties that I offer.
Working with women, mothers, couples, families, transitions, grief, parenting, mindfulness and core shame have been a large part of my practice for years.
In each of these specialty areas I pull tools from my authenticity architects model to help you better navigate the specific struggles.
My Authenticity Architects Therapy & Coaching model offers individuals an opportunity to excavate old patterns and recreate a new story of health and wholeness.
Authenticity Architects is a unique model of heart-centered psychotherapy and coaching.
Based on 40+ years of experience as a therapist and educator, I developed an approach that excavates core shame and allows you to thrive, not just survive.
Authenticity relates to the degree in which your actions are congruent with your desires, despite external pressures to conform.
Authenticity Architects help you excavate the barriers to living true to your SELF (Safe Experience of Living Freely.)
Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves, like locked rooms and like books that are now written in a very foreign tongue.
