In 1995, responding to the growing trend in the commercial building industry towards the Design-Build delivery method, architect Kim Schmidt founded Vantage Point Architectural Services in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Through successful partnerships with contractors over the years, our firm has consistently set the standard for Design-Build architectural services in the Midwest, while still providing Design-Bid-Build services when required by our clients.
In the summer of 2018, a second office was opened in Davenport, Iowa.
