For flat-fee Projects of $5,000 or less, full payment in advance is required.
For flat-fee projects, more than $5,000, a 50% deposit is required to start work, with the other half due prior to the release of the final work product.
Flat fees for most grant writing assignments range from $5,000 - $10,000, depending on the complexity of the proposal and the length of time we have to complete the assignment.
Our hourly rate is $200 per hour.

As an experienced grant researcher and author specializing in federal, state and local government contracts, she has written managed and secured over $10 million dollars in funding to support community change efforts.
