A joint project between the City of San Clemente and the Affordable housing group, Mary Erickson Community Housing.
Even though the project is within two blocks of the beach, it is in an area in need of redevelopment with many low income families.
The existing building, which was demolished, housed low income families who qualified to live in the new units.
The project includes a classroom for training the tenants with new skills to help them improve their lifestyles.
The new building provides each family with two covered parking spaces.

Christine Lampert acted as the Owner's Representative and Construction Manager for this project during the construction of this new building for the Coastline Community College District.

The Senior Center has a large multi purpose room, a library, a gym / work out room, a computer room, Administrative offices and a kitchen with facilities for delivering meals on wheels which is a daily delivered lunch to home bound senior citizens.

Lampert Dias Architects acted as the Architect for the Senior's Center and coordinated with the Architect for the Fire Station.
