During this phase of the architectural design process, we will take the information we've gathered from you and through our field observation, and local zoning codes to create two to three design options for your consideration.
We will generally present these options in the form of sketches, so you can visualize the different routes your project could take.

Ireno Bello has over 25 years in the architectural & construction industry.
He has worked in a wide array of project types: custom homes, retail and office building, restaurants, libraries, mix-use buildings, high rise condominium buildings, etc.
He has worked on projects throughout Florida and across the country.
Ireno has BA in Architecture and is a Florida licensed architect and NCARB Certified.
Having NCARB certification gives Ireno the ability to work in all 50 states.
He is also proud to have served 25 years as an engineer in the U.S. Army and feels that this experience contributes to his ordered and detailed approach to the architectural services he offers.
