RHETT ARCHITECTS in Barboursville, VA, has completed architectural and landscape projects for many clients on the East Coast and in the Mid Atlantic. Each one tailored to the individual client's dreams & desires. Listening and synthesizing are the two things we do best. Whatever you like, we like; whether it is a classic Jeffersonian Revival home, an avant-guard arched home, a bustling restaurant, a kvevri cidery, or a tranquil landscape we can create it with you.
Services
RHETT ARCHITECTS specializes in custom architectural design, master planning, and landscape design.
Our simple design process begins with a meeting with you onsite to learn about your needs and dreams.
The site also has much to tell us and we include it all in a Wish List created with you.
Our next step is to form a Master Plan whether it is for a Kitchen, Condominium or an Estate.
The Master Plan is guide for determining the next step.
When you like the concepts we've recommended and the estimate, we then complete your design with more detail for bidding and construction.

It was a fortunate day when - by shear accident and providence that John Rhett came into the acquaintance of SAW Habitat for Humanity.
I have enjoyed working with him and his staff.
On our last project - the ReStore, Education Center which we completed in 2008 - I was very impressed with how John listened well to our leadership team when touring the old warehouse facility to vision its future.
We spoke about our program needs, our office workspace needs, our storage needs, and our need for retail space for a thrift store for building supplies.
