Beginning in 2011, Atlas Architects embarked on a journey to build a neighborhood center in Central 9th by partnering with the Salt Lake City Redevelopment Agency, co-developers, and private businesses.
In addition, we recruited and assisted other businesses and non-profit organizations to relocate and develop Central 9th into a vibrant mixed use urban neighborhood.
Atlas builds their office with an adjoining coffee shop that quickly becomes the neighborhood hot spot.
Atlas designs and builds the C9 Market, a multi-tenant commercial building that brings restaurants, bars, and service industry to the neighborhood.
