As our principal architect and founder, Steve got his license to practice in 1982. His original Bachelors of Science was in Physics from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 1971.
After spending two years in Ghana as a Peace Corps volunteer, he decided to go into architecture at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver BC. Between 1975 and 1979, Steve worked at Stradling & Steward Architects in Bellingham as an intern and upon relocating to Portland he spent three years as an intern from 1979-1982 with Evenson/Ludgren/Larson/Monaghan Architects.Andy has been with us as our Head Project Manager and Designer in the firm since 2009.
As a Portland State University graduate for both Undergraduate and Masters degrees, he knows Portland architecture like the back of his hand. In his free time he enjoys the outdoors through backwoods hiking, golfing and skiing. Ashley graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Architecture, Graduate Certificate in Integrative Design with a focus on Building Envelope, and Spanish Language Minor.
