Bob oversees and coordinates the staffing requirements and resources for the firm.
This includes tracking project timelines, selecting individuals to fulfill the various project roles and managing contractual obligations.
He works with clients to identify and control the project scope, develop the design intent and objectives, and verify and maintain the budget.
Bob works hard to shorten project timelines, reduce mistakes, improve the production process and obtain overall client satisfaction.
His practicality, commitment and reliability add to the strength of the project team.

Dave started the firm in the attic of his home.
Within 10 years the partnership became a corporation and he had led the firm to grow in both size and scope of services.
Over the years Dave developed a strong team of individuals to represent the firm on day-to-day project management.
In reviewing his career, Dave says he enjoyed "all aspects required to develop a successful and recognized architectural practice."
He especially enjoyed developing relationships with all the individuals involved - clients, staff, vendors, contractors, end users and others.
