For the Client the Andretti Group and their Oregon office GP Energy we are in Permitting for this Shell Station replacement in the inner west side of Bend OR.
As part of our 18 acre masterplan (see below) 9 perimeter "Pads" or development sites were approved.
This restaurant is the combined Pad #5&6 and built atop a rock out cropping we had identified as a prime site early in the design process.
KJD master planned the out-parcels surrounding the Wal-Mart development that was assembled and sold by DesertScape Development.
As part of our 18 acre masterplan (see below) 9 perimeter "Pads" or development sites were approved.
