Architectural Impact was founded with one guiding principal, to make sure that my client's needs are meet. I strive to make the design process fun, enjoyable, professional and complete. It is always better for me to design your project multiple times and have you love it than build it once and regret it. That is why I work with you on your ideas until they are realized on paper long before a shovel is put in the ground.

I understand how important the decision to build is and I want to make sure that what you build meets all of your expectations. In 2013, I found myself at a crossroads. Do I continue trying to mold my philosophies on client service; client satisfaction and how people should be treated into another company's framework or should I strike out on my own?

I decided that it was time to take my business full time. I enjoy working with my clients to bring their ideas to life. Meeting with my clients and working hands on with them during the design process is a vital part of my practice.
Services
A ranch with two small bedrooms was not large enough for this blended family.
The task was to provide enough space for the family to have both privacy and an area to gather together.
There was also a need for an enlarged two car garage.
Architectural Impact was able to design a large master bedroom with spacious master closets and bathroom and two additional bedrooms on the second floor.
The first floor features a guest bedroom.
The living area features a large open plan kitchen accessible to an oversized family/ living room to allow plenty of room to entertain.
Architectural Impact was tasked by the Property Manager with converting an existing Barnes and Noble into three new retail spaces.
The major space was to be a Trader Joe's.
Working with our team of engineers, we were able to modify the existing structure and remove and reconfigure the existing facades.
What was created was a new facade and interior shell that fit the Trader Joe's brand and space needs.
The store opened successfully in late October of 2017.
We were hired by the landlord of this retail mall to prepare an empty, unleased space for the arrival of a new Dollar Tree.
In addition to preparations and work on the interior including walls, a new storefront and the required utilities, we were responsible for the design of the facade for the Dollar Tree logo and signage.
The store is now open and serving the residents of Washington Township and the surrounding areas.
Architectural Impact was asked to re-imagine the existing kitchen to make it modern, open and spacious.
Extra circulation space in the living room was utilized to relocate the existing basement stairs and the newly created space added into the kitchen.
The existing ceiling structure was removed and replaced with collar ties which provided the required roof support as well as a place for dramatic pendent lighting.
New counters, an island and a focal point created by a stainless steel range hood with a curved soffit create a unified theme.
Architectural Impact was asked to expand the existing living room and family room.
They were on different levels of the home without any access between them.
We created both a family room and living room addition at the rear of the home with a connecting stair that allowed for easy circulation between to two rooms.
We were also able to connect the upper living room to the renovated kitchen both physically and visually.
