At the first meeting, we will sit down and discuss the scope of the project and an anticipated budget.
The client should put together a detailed "Wish List" of items hoped for and/or expected in the final product.
Once the Agreement between the Architect and Owner has been signed and a retainer fee received by the Architect, the Architect will schedule a time to come out and take detailed measurements of your home.
