Financial Architects was founded in 1985 by a small team of professionals with a passion for predictable and peak performance, even if it meant doing things a little differently.
Ours was a business built not on a desire to sell products, but on a genuine passion for planning prosperity.
In 1989, firm co-founder, Ken Grace, began using a macro-economic planning process that allows our clients to measure the efficiency of every financial decision and put every financial planning tactic on trial.

At Financial Architects, we plan with the future in mind.yours.
But we also account for today, developing a strategic roadmap for your unique tomorrow with the understanding that any program we design must perform better today, tomorrow and at retirement.

Asset management tools, products, techniques and methods may change or come and go over time, but principles never do.
We focus not simply on the amount of wealth one can build, but the flexibility and benefits one can derive from that wealth when it is truly needed.
It is our belief that the idea of Financial Architecture specifies that a framework is leveraged to allow for the most efficient financial decisions to be made over a lifetime.
No where is this principled approach needed more than in the area of Asset Management.

You, the client, have always been the reason we exist.
You have a capacity and potential for wealth building and retirement income and we exist to help you make progress towards that potential.
As we celebrate the 35th anniversary of serving you, we wanted to have some fun with a historical perspective.
So, in 1985, Turner Thompson and Ken Grace launched Financial Architects, Inc.
Back in 1976 Ken entered the financial services business and Turner began the role as a mentor.
As we reflect back on all these years, we realize what a great time it was to launch Financial Architects because there were a number of transitional events occurring, such as: Boomers were hitting their career and income stride and their families were blossoming, inflation was in great shape, interest rates were declining, and finally the Dow Jones Industrials delivered a 27% return which launched a 15 year run that ended in 1999 and averaged over 16%!
