As a Landscape Architect and gardener, I am trained to respond to your site - organize space, solve problems, create views, choose plant materials, design water features, fire pits and fire places, outdoor kitchens, and specific garden styles from classical to modernist.

Initial meeting and consultation to assess your existing landscape, your wishes and desires for new design work and preliminary discussion of your budget.
Following this first meeting, you will receive a PROPOSAL for the design work.
Upon acceptance, the next step is a detailed survey & analysis of existing site conditions.
Preliminary sketches and further discussion of design options, followed by final Schematic drawings submitted for approval with a budget estimate for installation.
Construction drawings and specifications as required for bid requests and implementation, including all materials selections and plant lists Selection of professional contractors and review of bid proposals.
