Located in Houston, Texas with more than 60 years of combined experience, Munoz + Albin is exclusively a design studio with a diverse project portfolio. During the initial years of practice, Munoz + Albin worked overseas, principally in Europe, although primarily for American clients such as Hines.

In the years following, the firm transitioned to the American market and concentrated its efforts stateside - bringing with them an ability to see and resolve spatial challenges, urban design issues, and planning problems from a multicultural perspective.Today the practice continues to grow. Munoz + Albin is designing projects both domestically and internationally spanning nine countries.

Our architectural practice rests on a foundation of experience, creativity and proven success. Our designs are not only the result of inspiration and originality, but also the understanding of the evolving marketplace of design. Our ability to maintain strong relationships with Architects of Record and consultants allows us to seamlessly deliver projects on time and within budget.
Services
Our project portfolio represents our most prestigious design commissions.
With projects spanning nine countries, we pride ourselves on the ability to apply a unique aesthetic to each project without following a cookie-cutter or one-size-fits-all approach.
With projects built in nine countries, our multicultural knowledge allows us to see and resolve space challenges, urban design issues and planning problems from a broader perspective.
This three-building, mixed-use development was designed on a sloping pedestrian street, transitioning from the historical district of Corso Como to the new Porta Nuova District.
Corso Como Residential is the response to a unique urban site that defines a new concept of living.
One of the challenges was the requirement for a vibration separation for all buildings above ground, due to existing underground train tunnels.
Externally the development is composed of three buildings that define a pedestrian promenade continuing Corso Como and creating a new urban landscape that culminates in Porta Nuova's main circular plaza.
