Patrick has been a licensed Architect for over 30 years, and a licensed General Contractor for over 30 years, which gives you some indication of the standards to which your project, litigation, PCA or Property Inspection will be held and the experience we bring to each project we take on.
In addition to designing, building and inspecting Single Family Residences, Town Homes and Condominiums throughout the bay area, Patrick also has extensive experience in Litigation Inspections (for construction defects), Insurance Inspections, and Construction Stage Inspections.

The real estate inspection to be performed for you (hereinafter described as Client) is a survey and basic operation of the systems and components of a building which can be reached, entered, or viewed without difficulty, moving obstructions, or requiring any action which may result in damage to the property or personal injury to Patrick J. Burger (hereinafter described as the Inspector).
The purpose of the inspection is to provide the client with information regarding the general condition of the building(s).

The limited real estate inspection to be performed for you (hereinafter described as Client) is a survey and basic operation of the systems and components of a building which can be reached, entered, or viewed without difficulty, moving obstructions, or requiring any action which may result in damage to the property or personal injury to Patrick J. Burger (hereinafter described as the Inspector), ONLY as such survey/inspection relates to the specific investigation the Inspector has been retained to perform.

As a Realtor, I'm obligated to provide at least 3 recommendations per inspector.
I make one exception in this case.
