T7 Architecture is a San Diego based architecture and design firm that focuses on client specific work with a modern touch. We look for our inspiration from the values of our clients, their dreams and the sites at which we work. We meld those opportunities with the zoning, constructability, and budget constraints unique to each project to generate a specific solution.
T7 draws inspiration from Tower 7.an old lifeguard tower once located on Torrey Pines State Beach in Southern California. Why you may ask? Besides being a happy place from my childhood where I spent countless hours in the warm waters of the Pacific Ocean, this spot sits at the intersection of air, light, and space all essential design elements that we bring to each project.
A strong connection to the outdoors is a priority in our approach. These elements are fundamental to our design philosophy. Old highway 101 passes by on a graceful concrete bridge that spans the San Diego to Los Angeles railway line illustrating the brief yet rich history of California.
