Studio Laconic is a full service architectural design headquartered in Florida, and founded in 2017 by Chad Harris. We strive to create good design through simplicity while meeting the needs of our clients and end users. It is our belief that we have the duty to use good design to change the world. Chad relocated to Clearwater, FL when the call of the ocean became to unbearable to ignore any longer.
Originally from Albuquerque, NM, Chad relocated to Grand Junction, CO after completing his Master of Architecture from the University of New Mexico. He has a unique background in architecture and real estate, working in a variety of practices from small and large architecture firms to real estate brokerages. Chad is passionate about using his experience to improve the built environment and push the profession towards more sustainable practices.
He is a licensed architect in Florida and Colorado and has been a LEED Accredited Professional since 2007. When not working on projects, you can find Chad deep in a good book or spending time with his beautiful wife and crazy dogs.
