RGA serves as the prime architect of record in a joint venture with Hunton Brady Architects (HBA).
RGA + HBA provided a master plan design for the 1st building on the east academic campus of FGCU.
This project, along with a proposed adjacent building, will act as a starting point for a new procession moving to the east end of the campus; establishing a new identity for FGCU as a whole.
The scope includes the construction of a 4-story Academic Building consisting of classrooms, laboratories, lectures halls, academic offices, and student gathering spaces.

The building replaced an aging and outgrown space and provides room for expansion.
It serves as a "Front Door" for the campus.
Because it faces due west, it required treatment of the glazed areas using a "brise soleil" for the President's offices and a metal chainmail shield for the large expanse of glass at the entry.
The remaining glass faces north, with the clerestory running the length of the lobby, and the east face is covered.
Due to the complex nature of the program the project was done using Revit software allowing for the coordination of the various disciplines.

The latest addition to The Heights Foundation campus is a new 3-story building, with approximately 36,000 GSF of area.
It will serve as the new Early Learning and Education Center.
This addition builds on the Foundation's standing commitment to the Harlem Heights community, where Education and Family are at its core.
With this new facility, the Foundation expects to create a closed-loop learning environment where students will have an opportunity to learn in a facility and program tailored to their specific needs.

With an enrollment of just over 1,000 students, it offers grades Pre-K thru 12.
