The Atworth at Mellody Farm is a 7 acre luxury residential projects with 260 residential units.
The building offers extensive amenities including, an outdoor swimming pool, terrace and outdoor game area, as well as a fitness studio, indoor lounge and event room. Its proximity to Mellody Farm, the adjacent lifestyle retail development, provides convenient walkable. Our relationship with LA Fitness stretches over 10 years.
Since early 2008, we have been able to complete over 100 projects throughout the United States, with scope including site survey, design and planning, construction documentation, and construction administration.Each club offers a different challenge from regional code differences, to site conditions, space layout, as well.
