Kimmel Bogrette recognizes that our clients face the same paradox; which comes first, the need or the funding? A consistent challenge in the solution is reconciling needs with funding availability early in the project "lifecycle". Additionally, in an ever more competitive world, these same clients need to go beyond just meeting the need, to fulfill their mission and build their unique brand.

To meet these challenges, Kimmel Bogrette has developed an approach called the "MasterConcept Plan". It is the only fixed cost planning and design tool in the industry and was designed to help clients define their project mission, set project goals, understand constraints, transform their goals into reality and meet their missions.

This short video will help you to learn more about our unique approach and see examples of selected AICUP (Association of Independent Colleges and Universities of Pennsylvania) member schools who have benefited from our process.Through an understanding of our clients' goals, coupled with the opportunities and constraints of their project and its site, we are able to create designs that further meet their goals, but also exceed their expectations while maximizing every budgeted dollar.
Services
Kimmel Bogrette Architecture + Site has been providing extraordinary design solutions for ordinary budgets since 1995.
For almost 25 years, we have worked hard to dispel the notion that meager budgets justify the mediocre outcomes that are built every day.
Principals Martin Kimmel, Matt McQuaide and Joe Horan bring with them more than 60 years of combined experience in helping clients to fulfill their missions by transforming their unique needs into reality.
Kimmel Bogrette has become a well-respected, award-winning design firm by combining experience, expectations and excellence that starts with the principals and is passed down through the firm and on to our clients.

After working with Vantage Point Retirement on the completion of Spring Mill Senior Living at Coldstream Crossing in Chester County, PA, Kimmel Bogrette was invited back to design a similar, larger facility in Hockessin, DE.
With 180 residential units, The Summit offers both Independent Living and Continuing Care units.
The Continuing Care portion includes Assisted Living (Aging in Place) units, a Compass Care (Memory Impaired) Suite and a Skilled Care suite.
The facility has various options for dining, including general and private dining, a Pub / Lounge and a Cafe and also offers fitness/rehab rooms, a beauty shop, nursing station, doctors' offices, library, multipurpose / craft rooms, administrative offices, reception, lounge and atrium areas, as well as outdoor garden and patio areas.
This new residence blends traditional residential architecture with contemporary sustainable innovations to create an energy-efficient vacation home for a small family.
The house's numerous windows are shaded with sun shades, overhangs and pergolas to control the daylight and save on heating and cooling costs.
On the back, a screened in porch provides a perfect place for meals and entertaining, centered around a fireplace for chillier nights.
The muted, warm colors of the interior design give the house a light and airy sophistication.
