Working with Adobe's Corporate Communications team, I led UX design efforts for Inside Adobe, the company's global employee intranet. Serving as a communications hub for Adobe's 13,000+ employees worldwide, Inside Adobe successfully unified multiple intranet sites onto one platform, allowing staff to update content while ensuring consistent branding and look and feel.

As a senior UX designer with Projekt202 in Austin, TX, I worked with Apple's Customer Support team to help redesign Apple's internal issue tracking software. During the research phase, extensive on-site interviews with key stakeholders and customers uncovered actionable insights and opportunities which were encapsulated and delivered via a design document that included navigational architecture and UI design specifications for the complete application.

In a recent project for Charles Schwab, I worked with Schwab's Advisor Services team for a full redesign of their customer-facing Advisor Services web site. The project began with an exhaustive research phase to gather requirements, followed by a design phase where a UI Design Document with wireframes and functional specifications was presented and delivered.
