We serve the New York Area through good works in architecture and planning for the future. We want to do architecture that helps people, while keeping in mind the beauty of which they want to help create. Architect and Site Planner with nearly 30 years experience in Commercial and Residential Architecture, Site Planning and Civil Engineering.

During his years as an architect, Jack has provided architectural services to a large number and wide variety of building and project types, serving diverse clients including, Zwanger-Pesiri Radiology, New Beginnings Brain Injury Center, The Town of Islip Community Development association, West Marine, Bob's Stores, and Habitat for Humanity.Jack has worked for religious institutions in providing architectural feasibility studies to final planning.

He also has an extensive knowledge of residential architecture and construction, and of its various flavors and styles, to allow for a strong expression of the vernacular.

Construction Administration of the construction contract, including protection of the clients' interest by approving contractor payments, reviewing contractor's work and providing overall project review.

The facility pictured above is the New Beginnings Brain Trauma Center, Medford, NY, a state-of-the-art brain injury center.
This building will provide occupational and physical therapy for brain injury victims, as well as counseling and educational services.
Design and construction projects involve several steps.
According to the American Institute of Architects (AIA), projects typically go through the following phases.
However, on some small-scale projects several of these steps may be combined, and on larger, more complicated ones, there may be additional steps.
