As part of its dedication to serving Lenawee County, the non-profit Adrian Armory Events Center is building a commercial kitchen for use by small food producers who would like to expand their sales beyond farm markets.
The Kitchen will provide a health- department-licensed space with professional cooking equipment, commercial refrigeration units, and restaurant-grade sinks.
Black Raven Architects worked with the Armory, local restaurateur and caterers who volunteered their time and advice, and the Lenawee County Health Department to develop the construction documents and Standard Operating Procedures required for the Health Department permitting process.
