Services
As specialists in exterior restoration, we focus on the "skin and bones" of a building - its exterior envelope and internal structure.
In each instance, we deliver a sensibly conceived, accurately detailed, cost-effective solution.
Whether you need consultants for cladding, concrete restoration, curtain walls, parking garage restoration, roofs, or window replacement, we've got you covered.

Building components - facades, supporting structure, balconies, fenestration, roofs, plazas, parking decks, and sidewalk vaults - no matter how well designed and constructed, will deteriorate over time.
Our approach to addressing and reversing that deterioration combines art and science.
The science of restoration requires an understanding of the factors that can compromise an asset's integrity, coupled with a thorough knowledge of remedial measures - their design, cost, and implementation.
The art of restoration is in design solutions that are either virtually invisible, or enhance the asset's appearance.

The Facade Inspection & Safety Program (FISP, also known as Local Law 11) is a set of regulations addressing the conditions of NYC's buildings' exterior walls and their appurtenances.
FISP consists of a section of the NYC Administrative Code adopted by the City Council and fleshed out in a rule promulgated by the New York City Department of Buildings (DOB).
Every five years, facades of all NYC buildings over six stories must be examined by a qualified professional, and a report filed with the DOB.

SUPERSTRUCTURES consistently ranks first among professional firms in the New York region for dollar volume of exterior restoration projects completed, according to annual rankings published by Engineering News-Record (ENR) New York.
Sheer volume of projects isn't necessarily a measure of proficiency - but in our case, it is.
Exemplary performance on a project attracts more assignments.
More assignments mean more opportunities to learn, more feedback from the field, and even better performance on the next project.
