Visit the building site and based on approved product and density targets, prepare a sketch plan for the layout of streets, lots, open space parking and buildings for maximum market appeal.
Assist with community design objectives, including design guidelines for typical lot layouts, setbacks, garage placement and architectural styling.

Plans may be modied and certied by other licensed professionals or in some cases self-certication by individual owners/occupants is permitted.
Our rm can provide code certied plans, or "stamped" plans for most eastern states, however costs will be approximately 2.5 times the PDF price noted above.
The cost will be provided by quote and depends on (1) the location of the project (2) the plan selected and (3) the modications that are requested to be made.
