The original design was very uninviting, with a blank exterior, few windows, a small entrance and small stair that made a visit to the 2nd floor very unappealing.

We were fortunate to have had the opportunity to work on multiple buildings on the remarkable Rockefeller estate, an architectural treasure listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Certain changes needed to be integrated seamlessly, leaving the historical character intact.
Other changes were strikingly modern and clearly differentiated from what had come before.
