Peter graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1979 with honors. He went on to earn his Master of Architecture Degree in 1985 from Harvard University. Peter holds multiple inspectors licenses in the State of New Jersey including Construction Sub-Code Official, Building Inspector and Fire Inspector. Peter also holds an NCARB Certification. A native of Ventnor City, Peter has over 30 years of experience in the field.

A meeting with prospective clients to discuss a new home or addition and its feasibility within current zoning ordinances.
This would include size restrictions, necessary parking, setbacks constraints and height limitations.
Prospective clients should bring a current survey and elevation certificate, if available, to the consultation meeting.
The client may also bring any sketches or photographs that they may have of elements that they wish to see incorporated into the final design.
At the meeting we will generate a list of proposed ideas for the project.
