Bacon Commercial Design partners with Private, Commercial and Governmental Clients to develop Architectural Design Solutions for Custom Building Projects. Every Construction Project is just an idea in the beginning. Ideas about how to grow, better manage inventory, enter new markets, change an organization's image, or increase productivity are all good places to start.

With our Clients, we grow these ideas into building plans that meet their business needs, respect their budget, treat limitations as opportunities, and express their vision. The right time to call the Architect is when it seems much too early in the project to call the Architect. Looking for a site for a new location for your business or agency?

If you might be acquiring vacant property, land with an existing building (whether to re-use or remove), or lease of an existing building, request our guide for evaluating a new site.Over the years, we have seen many issues affect the design and construction of buildings. Zoning, Building Design and other restrictions on a parcel may affect whether or how you could use a particular site.
Services
Think of the Architect's services as the creation of instruction manuals for building one-of-a-kind buildings, perfectly suited to each client; written in the language of builders and permit reviewers.
In practice since 1972, Bacon Commercial Design has seen practically every situation facing other small businesses wishing to undertake a building program.
Every program is different-each client requires a different level of service.
BCD will help you determine what level is appropriate for you at the very earliest stages.
Determine optimal work flows, traffic flows, relationship to streets; determine structural system, building materials, mechanical & electrical systems; select interior material and finish types; accommodate specialized equipment and systems; develop exterior design incorporating specific image to project to public and customers.
Square foot cost estimating indicates approximate budget for the contemplated project.

As we began working with the Committee, we all realized that the private alley acquired with the buildings could become a unique, outdoor activity area and welcoming space for visitors.
This was a bit of a departure from the original plans, but the new opportunities offered by this approach are being integrated into the building plans.
