Our office has extensive experience in successfully orchestrating our clients efforts in obtaining required permits, variances, and various governmental approvals through our graphic and oral presentations before a wide array of regulatory boards and agencies.

Mr. Blaisdell has served as President of Kendall, Taylor & Co., Inc. since 1978.
His responsibilities include Project Planning, Project Management, Business Development, Design Review, Contract Documents Review and Construction Contract Administration as well as serving as an expert witness.
Mr. Blaisdell has served as Principle-In-Charge on all Kendall, Taylor projects with emphasis on the Lead-Based Paint Abatement and Asbestos Abatement Design Projects.
Prior to joining Kendall, Taylor & Company, Inc., Mr. Blaisdell was employed with Richmond-Paley Associates (1967-1968) as a Job Captain and Contract Administrator designing nursing homes; J. William Beal Sons & Poskus (1968-1969) as a Designer doing school projects; The Ritchie Organization (1969-1975) as a Contract Administrator and Associate Project Architect involved with hospital projects; and as an expert witness consultant to the Montefiore Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from 1975-1978.

Lacking space for meeting rooms, youth and Sunday School space, an addition located at the rear of the building is proposed.
The ground floor consists of offices, meeting and classrooms and a new full kitchen with food preparation areas.
An elevator is also added along with new bathrooms and storage areas.
The first floor adds additional classrooms, bathroom and storage space while also providing a small kitchenette and elevator.
