How a building relates to its environment is the primary consideration and then how it functions for its inhabitants is the next most important facet of designing architecture. Buildings and environments that inspire, teach, relate and transform our surroundings are necessary. Shelley took time to know our building site, our interests and ours needs and then used her professional skills and creative talent to design our new home.
Through the process, Shelley has been a pleasure to work with. She is always cheerful with a positive can-do attitude. She listened to our ideas, shared her concepts, asked relevant questions and worked with us until we had perfected the house plans. We give Shelley Hughes high praise for shaping our ideas and notions into what has become our Dream Home.
She listened carefully and patiently guided us, using her training and creativity to help us find what we really wanted. SMHA has preformed very well for us and it has been and is a pleasure working with them and especially their owner, Ms. Shelley Hughes.
