Services
The previous structure had been a 15,000 square foot dealership with a showroom that was about 1400 square feet.
We performed a renovation and addition enlarging the structure to 28,000 square feet.
This included a brand new Cadillac showroom which came in at over 7,000 square feet, service department, parts department, and offices.
Designed in 2008, the Acura dealership in Valley Stream features a 5,000 square foot showroom, mezzanine, and a fully operational service center.
The project included a general renovation of the parts department, service center, and site plan as well as an overhaul of the existing showroom.
