We're helping the new owners of this house on ten acres in Upper Ojai to update this house and add indoor and outdoor living space and a new pool.
The project also includes remodel of the kitchen, bathrooms and utility space.
We're making additions to a lovely Craftsman bungalow in Montecito.
We're adding about 1200 s.f. of new living space (family room, new bedroom suite, enlarged bedrooms and patio) to this 2400 s.f.
This is the last of our houses from the Thomas Fire to be completed.
It's located in the foothills of Ventura with great ocean views.
The project also includes remodel of the kitchen, bathrooms and utility space.
