Mr. Engel is a Registered Landscape Architect licensed in Maryland, Delaware and Virginia with more than 24 years of industry experience encompassing project management, land planning, site evaluation, zoning, site design, aesthetic landscape design, permitting, and contractor bidding and selection.
Mr. Engel provides the oversight and direction for all phases of the design, construction and project management processes, from conceptualization through project closeout, including interfacing with regulatory agencies, contracts negotiation, and management of the overall design process.
