Architectural Woodwright's (AW) principal owner, Christopher Vazquez, has extensive experience in home design and build. Educated in Fine Arts at the University of Massachusetts, Christopher Vazquez has also studied and taught Wood Design and Artisanry at the Museum of Fine Arts School in Boston. Prior to starting AW he built exhibits and installed artwork at the Museum of Fine Arts.
AW collaborates with a network of experienced building and design specialists to achieve the schedules, costs, and final quality of your project. Architectural Woodwright applies the necessary time to communicate with the client during the planning stages and throughout a project. To say that we are thrilled with the desk Christopher Vasquez designed and built for us would be an understatement.
We are enchanted.
We came to Christopher with the problem that we wanted a big desk suitable for two writers and we wanted it in a space under our living room stairs where we then had a jumble of a chest and an old drop leaf table.
We wanted it in this space because our house is less than 1,000 square feet and it was the only space available.
Christopher was extremely attentive not only to our wishes but to the very precise space into which he had to fit the 12 foot desk.
