Jerry Wuebbolt is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Architectural Engineering.
Prior to founding Right-Trak Design, Inc. in 1994, he served as General Engineer for the Department of Housing and Urban Development in Manchester, NH and was involved with the implementation of federal guidelines and regulations.
Our extensive experience in Federal, State and Local regulations is the result of having worked with numerous housing authorities in the states of Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.

The project consists of the removal and replacement of siding, flashing, and insulation which includes three apartment buildings, a community building, and a maintenance garage.
The renovations to Rogers House started with the assessment of the Building in the summer of 2015, at which time an application to the Land and Community Heritage Program (LCHIP) was submitted with Funds secured the spring of 2016.
With an award of $425,000 from LCHIP the site was able to leverage additional funds from a private donation, Liberty Utilities, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), and matching funds from HUD Grants.
