Through this passion and commitment, nbj has grown from a small three person studio, to being featured as one of the top 100 hospitality design firms.

Neil remains very hands on with all nbj projects and is always available to respond to client needs.

In his free time Neil enjoys teaching about Hinduism and leads a course and podcast discussing Bhagavad Gita.
With over 15 years of experience practicing architecture with nbj, Floyd has experience in every aspect of design and construction and has played a key roll as a technical mentor for the studio.
