The goal of CMC Design Architect, P.C. is the development of designs that respond to the needs and wishes of the client, comply with local zoning requirements, appreciate construction limitations, remain cost effective and respect the environment. We are a small full-service firm with years of experience practicing in the New York City boroughs, Nassau and Suffolk counties.

A graduate of Cooper Union School of Architecture, Gary Lenhart, is the principal of the firm. With a background in construction and the building inspection field he brings a practical understanding and appreciation for the on-site construction process.
