Our business was about $20 million back when we started the project and Aerodyne has grown to $55 million and we are headed towards $65 million by year old. Through that entire time we have not had 1 person leave our company. Hunter Smith Associates entered into business on 1981 and grew to a fourteen person firm focusing on Residential and Commercial projects for both new construction and renovation.

Our approach to projects has always been to create exceptional space while looking to meet the client's goals and budget constraints.
It is often better to make space flow and be more functional without necessarily building bigger.
Mr. Smith is now operating as a Sole Practitioner out of the desire to focus his attentions on design work and construction management as opposed to the operation of a large practice.

For our Office Interiors Clients we look to achieve a floor plan that creates highly efficient work areas and support spaces allowing a rentable area of 10% to 15% less than anticipated, producing significant annual savings on rental expense.
Often the thought today is "Bigger must be Better".
Not true with Owners desiring to keep energy and maintenance costs within reason.
