PLAE, headquartered in Woodstock, GA, is the leader of the athletic facility flooring industry.

EFSGA's goal was to provide a corporate office facility supporting PLAE's functional requirements while providing a working environment that promotes the innovative thinking of the PLAE team.

The colors, the wall graphics, the LED lighting, the interior materials and fabrics are all designed to stimulate the students to want to participate in supervised activities and receive a positive experience while learning and being cared for in a warm, inviting environment.
Students are enthusiastically encouraged to be active participants during group time activities such as building crafts, painting, and making music.
The relax and play rooms are designated spaces that are designed to provide fun and safe play activities, and then provide a calming influence.

The Heroic Gaming Store is a 2,700 square foot facility that serves as both a retail outlet for the purchase of the latest board games and equipment, as well as a very spacious and secure game room where customers can play the games for hours.
There are also group rooms to support "after school" and "summer camp" sessions as well, supervised by certified counselors.
The retail space is designed to provide a wide-open space with colors, symbols and decorations reminiscent of "superheroes" currently popular with today's youth.

The Grant Academy is an educational facility for children with moderate learning disabilities, requiring personalized learning courses and schedules.
The 6,000 square foot facility is situated on two levels.
Math and science classes are located on the upper level, with language arts and computer skills courses located on the lower level.
The building is composed of a steel beam and column system with metal studs and brick veneer to match surrounding buildings.
The Grant Academy is a very quiet learning environment secured by the latest technology in digital entry/exit security and fire alarm systems for the safety of these very special students.

Woofstock Park was designed to provide local citizens with a very accessible community use area where dog owners could share a large play area in a green setting.
The land was situated in a FEMA floodplain area and the project was required to meet very stringent requirements for non-restrictive flood water run-off.
