Our firm was founded in 1983 by Ann Capron, who was inspired by the modern 'Open Concept' floorplan, popular at the time in California. Convincing Philadelphia's more conservative Main Line clients that these plans offered convenience and ease of living over more traditional floorplans was not easy but, eventually, the more contemporary style caught on.
Ann's trailblazing personality and challenge-of-the-status-quo inform the brand of the firm today.
